Croxetti or corzetti are a typical pasta from Liguria: they are hand made and marked with a stamp one by one.
Traditionally served with pesto or simply with olive oil and fresh or sun-dried tomatoes.
Strain the croxetti pasta, then add the sauce immediately so the pasta don't stick together.
