Made from the must of cooked sundried grapes and aged wine vinegar, it ages in barrels. Unfortunately there are some flaws in regulations so it is allowed to dilute and add different ingredients to the IGP Balsamic Vinegar, the ones selected by Bellina are strictly made from only must and wine vinegar and are made in a traditional manner that respects the product.
