This Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) famous blue cheese is produced in Lombardy, in northern Italy.

Produced in the best of Italian traditions of craftsmanship, passion and care, Auricchio cheeses are a household favourite in Italy and famous throughout the world. Set up in Naples over 140 years ago by Gennaro Auricchio, we still use his special recipes, which give our cheeses their unique flavour. Today the Group has seven production centres in Italy and is managed by three Auricchio brothers.
