Our bresaola is made from lean local free-range beef. It is sliced very thinly and has delicate notes of coriander, rosemary and thyme. Enjoy it in a simple salad with fresh rocket, grated parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. A sure favourite at any dinner table.
