I'm a 3 year old Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP My ingredients are cooked grape must, wine vinegar and nothing else! My taste does not differ much from a - young - traditionally made balsamico, but my price. I eat much less and have no additives of sugar or colorants and was not artificially thickened.
I'm excellent as a drink vinegar and also fit with meat, cheese, ice cream and much more.
