Our pizza bases are made in the deli with the same sourdough starter as our ciabatta. Perfect for making pizzas at home! 

Tip: Perfectly cooked in a home oven 

1. Take the steel grid out from the oven and place the frozen base on top of the grid.
2. Load your topping and some extra tomato puree (we love the Mutti brand), cover with mozzarella and place the grid back in your hot oven.
3. This will allow the base to cook from the top and the bottom.
